Dussehra utsav 2014

Dhasara Utsav 2014 was held in Sivakasi Arulmighu Sri Muppidaariamman (Kaichakarriamman) temple - Sri Arulmighu Badrakaliamman Temple, on 3rd October 2014, Friday. While one half of the Navaratri Festival - Ambu Aeithal - , that stands for the Samhaaram of Mahisaasuran, in Sivakasi. Hundreds of devotees witnessed samhaaram of Mahisaasuran. Some devotees came out with Lord Kaliamman, God Vinayaka, God Murugan make overs.The organisers (Muthu Fireworks Industries, Sivakasi) burst crackers and paper shots, at the time of the samharam of Mahisaasooran. Whistles, kulavai and claps rent the air. Earlier procession takes place in the four car street of Sivakasi. As the part of the Utsav, fireworks display were taken place in a grand manner.10th day of Navarathiri festival in Sivakasi ends with Dushara. And it entertains all sections of people in the town.
