National Level Conference held at PSREC

Department of ECE organized a national level conference on Emerging Communication Trends (NCECT-15). Thiru R.Solaisamy, Managing trustee presided over the function. Dr.K.Valarmathi, Prof/ECE, welcomed the gathering. Dr.P.Ranjith Kumar, Prof/ECE, introduced the chief guest and Prof C.K.Ramar HOD/ECE briefed about the papers received for the conference.Dr.B.G.Vishnuram, Principal inaugurated the conference. During his speech, he expressed about recent developments in the field of communication. Dr.K.R.Viswanathan, Director (Academics) highlighted the importance of communication and its applications. Chief Guest Dr.J.Sheeba Rani, Associate Professor/Avionics, Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (Department of Space, Government of India) released the first copy of conference proceedings and delivered keynote address. She addressed on recent developments in communication and value added courses. More than 150 papers were received among these 85 papers were selected. Students, faculty members and research scholars from various institutions across the country actively participated in the conference. Professors and students of Electronics and Communication Engineering department made necessary arrangements for the conference.
