Rain brings out earthworms

Sivakasi received heavy rainfall on 16th August 2015, Sunday, for one hour. The heavy downpour brings out earthworms from the lawns. Sivakasi received non stop and steady rain between 03:45 p.m. and 04:40 p.m.. It was drizzling at late evening for several hours. Thousands of earthworms were seen during and after rainfall. There was no power supply for around half an hour.
