As a part of 2018 Panguni Pongal Festival, Manjal Neerattu Thiruvizha was held on the last day of the festival. Yesterday, Kadaisi thiruvizha was held. Special pujas were performed for Goddess Mariamman. On the occasion of the kadaisi thiruvizha, Sivakasians were busy buying the delicious karuppatti and cheeni mittai. Manjal neerattu was held at the four car streets of Sivakasi. And it ends at Kadai Kovil at 10:30 p.m.. Turmeric mixed water were splashed and sprayed on devotees.
