Rain lashes Sivakasi on Daughter's Day

On 25th September 2022, Sunday, Sivakasi town received sharp showers for around one hour, followed by drizzle. It was hot scorching heat at the beginning of the day. Without a sign for rain, the town received downpour at around 07:45 p.m. and continues till 09:30 p.m.. The sudden rain on daughter's day surprises Sivakasians. For the next one week sky will be partly cloudy with slim possibilities for rain with average maximum and minimum temperature of 38 and 26 degree celsius respectively.
