Inter Collegiate Fiesta 2013

The Department of English, ANJAC organised the one day State Level Inter Collegiate Fiesta on 30th August, 2013, Friday. Around 60 participants from 6 colleges participated in various programmes like Elocution, Essay Writing, Literary Parade, Verse Recitation and Model Display. The fiesta was inaugurated by Dr. P.Kalaiselvi, Associate Prof. of English, Meenakshi Govt. College, Madurai. Dr. S. Baskaran, Principal, ANJAC lit up kuthuvilakku. Mr. M.Moovendhan, Head, Dept. of English (UG) welcomed the gathering. Literary Parade, Model Display, Essay and Elocution competitions held in the morning session.

The afternoon session began with the verse recitation competition. In between the students of ANJAC performed host performance. The fiesta ended with the valedictory function. Prizes were distributed by Dr. S.Baskaran, Principal. Mrs. B. Rathika, Assistant Professor and Head, Dept. of English(PG) proposed vote of Thanks.
