Eye Camp Organised by Sathya Sai Seva Samithy

On 16th March 2014, Sunday, Sri Sathya Sai Seva Samithy, Sivakasi in association with Madurai Aravind Eye Hospital organised free eye camp, at Arasan Ganesan Kalyaana Mandapam, Sivakasi. A team of 25 Medical experts was led by four Ophthalmologists and they examined the patients at the camp. Total of 278 people were examined by the doctors out of whom 74 were identified for free surgery to be performed at Aravind Eye Hospital, Madurai. The camp was supported by 40 volunteers from Sri Sathya Seva Samidhi. Spectacles were given at concessional rates.
