Beware of fake Rs.500 and Rs.1000 currencies, in Sivakasi

Some customers of Sivakasi Petrol Bunks pass off fake currency notes and petrol pump attendants cannot do much about it in the peak hours. A petrol bunk dealer in Sivakasi said sivakasiweekly.com that, daily we are getting 2 to 3 fake currencies especially in the denomination of Rs.500 and Rs.1,000/- and he asked the public to be cautious as counterfeit currency notes are in circulation, in Sivakasi.
