Sivakasi received copious rain

Today, after a long hours of mild drizzle at morning and afternoon, thick dark clouds kept hovering over Sivakasi town during evening. Rain lashed Sivakasi town, today, at evening from 05:15 p.m. to 06:15 p.m. The drains were overflowed and the roads remained flooded for some hours. Rainy onslaughts leave several roads damaged, in Sivakasi. Several low-lying areas in the town were inundated after the incessant heavy rain. The downpour brought cheers for Sivakasians. And still drizzle continues. For next four days sky will be cloudy with chances of rain with maximum and minimum temperature of 33 and 23 degree celsius. Rain water harvesting systems, installed in buildings, received copious amount of water. Rain brings smile in the face of Sivakasians.
