Roaring Thunders, Sharp Showers and Dark Clouds

Skies are clear this morning with hot temperatures in Sivakasi town, today. Band of clouds developed at 2:00 p.m.. The sudden change of climate at afternoon in Sivakasi has brought cheers to the Sivakasians. TAfter a sweltering day, as the day progressed a band of cloud and sharp showers and drizzles hit Sivakasi occasionally. Within minutes of a steady rain accompanied by thunders the town was seen flooded and clogged. Caught unawares by the sudden opening of the skies most Sivakasians office-goers, in the absence of umbrellas, were drenched. They took shelter inside nearby buildings, temple pandhals and tea shops. Following the sharp showers, it was drizzling till 03:20 p.m.. Weather will be cloudy for the next two days.
