Kidney disease awareness programme conducted

Sivakasi, AAA College of Engineering & Technology have organized an awareness programme on Kidney Diseases and Precautions at A/C seminar hall on 27th March 2015. Dr.T.R.Murali, Urologist, Apollo Hospitals Madurai, presided over the programme. In his address, he said “Kidney disease has reached in an alarming situation now days.Kidney diseases are silent killers. Our modern lifestyle is much more responsible for creating problems of kidneys.”He explained about the various functions of kidney, symptoms of kidney diseases and precautions to prevent kidney diseases. He advised the students to be fit and active, have a balanced diet and to take lot of water.

Chairman Shri.P.Panjurajan, Secretary Dr.P.Karvannan, Correspondent Dr.P.Ganesan, Joint Secretary Er.K.Vignesh Kumar B.E., MBA (UK), Principal Dr.K.Arulmozhi organized the camp with an objective to create an awareness of Kidney Diseases among the students.
