Hundreds witnessed 5aam Thiruvizha Mandagapadi

Thousands of devotees thronged Mandagapadi for darshan on the special occasion of 5aam thiruvizha - Chithirai Pongal. Mandagapadi was decorated with hundreds of yellow color lights, festoons and papers. The devotees stood in queues from 06:00 p.m.. The fifth day festival was organised by Sivakasi Hindu Nadar Javuli Varthagargal Sangam. 5aam Thiruvizhaa is attracting a steady stream of visitors who flock to the Mandagapadi from today morning. And Sivakasians are enjoying the festive buzz of 5aam Thiruvizhaa. Samhaaram of Mahisaasuran will be held at 02:00 a.m. (03-05-2015).
