Unannounced Power Cuts in Sivakasi

For the past five days, Sivakasi town have been facing power cuts ranging between 15-30 minutes of unannounced power cuts. The unscheduled and unannounced power cut has left Sivakasi industrialists, businessmen, traders, micro and macro industries and homemakers in the lurch. The recent power cuts forced the traders and manufacturers to use the generator. Whenever power goes off, Sivakasians are clueless as to when it will come back. There was no power at yesterday night between 10:00 p.m. to 10:30 p.m..
