Sudden rain brings down temperature

Sivakasi got a welcome break from the hot spell as several areas in the town received rain showers bringing down the temperature to 32 degrees Celsius as against last week-s high of 37 degrees Celsius. Towards the evening the weather had become windy and pleasant. It was a hot day, at afternoon, black clouds gathered and Sivakasi received rain between 02:35 p.m. and 03:05 p.m.. For the next one week sky will be partly cloudy with average maximum and minimum temperature of 37 and 25 degree celsius.
