Black clouds, thunders and lightnings fails to rain

Today, the climate was partly cloudy in Sivakasi town. At 04:30 p.m. black clouds gathered and it was lightning and thundering for an hour, but fails to rain in the town. Sivakasi receives sharp showers between 04:55 p.m. to 05: 20 p.m.. The sharp showers brings down the temperature down.
