Seminar on Overseas Courses held

Sivakasi, AAA College of Engineering & Technology had organized a seminar for the students on Overseas Courses February 24, 2016 at college’s A/C Seminar Hall. Principal Dr. K. Arulmozhi welcomed the gathering and delivered the inaugural address. In his address he highlighted how the Higher Education and Research and Development are evolving in India and Ireland and gave a short intro about Mr. J. John Christopher Director, Pearson BTEC and his contribution to AAACET.

Mr.J.John Christopher, Director,Cornerstone Pearson BTEC gave brief intro about the Athlone Institute of Technology, Ireland and its tie ups and various employability opportunities offered by them. Mr.Anthony Commins, Course Leader, Athlone Institute of Technology, Ireland the chief guest of the programme gave broad insights about the various courses offered and their students placement in different fields. He also talked about the emerging industrial Internet of Things. The programme winded up with a special discussion with the students clearing their queries about the courses offered.

The students were enlightened by his lecture and benefited with a clear scope about Overseas Higher Education.
