Sivakasi receives moderate rain

Yesterday, after a hot sultry day, bands of clouds formed at evening 04:20 p.m.. Surprisingly Sivakasi receives moderate rain for around 30 minutes. The rain was accompanied with thunders. Rain chills down the hot temperature, that prevails in the town, for the past 2 months. However, the nearby town Thiruthangal fails to receive rain. Srivilliputhur also receives moderate rain. Today also Sivakasi likely to receive rain, with maximum and minimum temperature of 37 and 27 degree celsius.
