WORKSHOP ORGANISED at SFR

The Department of Commerce of Standard Fireworks Rajaratnam College for Women, Sivakasi, organised a workshop on ‘Holistic fitness’ for the second and third year B.Com. students on June 27. M. Seenimurugan, Director of Physical Education, and six students from Vivekananda College, Madurai, trained the students in yoga, asanas and pranayama. Dr. Seenimurugan advised the students to practice yoga daily.
