On 9th May 2018, Wednesday, a wowing fireworks display has been arranged, for Chithirai Pongal Festival 2018. Thousands of devotees thronged Badrakaliamman Kovil and enjoyed watching the show. Thousands of Sivakasians witnessed the colourful fireworks show from the top of their home and various buildings. Sivakasians captured the colourful moments of the fireworks display show in their mobile phones and digital cameras. Earlier special pujas were performed to Goddess Badrakaliamman and devotees offered prayers. Rain brings tears for the roadside shop keepers too.
