Rain for 9th consecutive day in Sivakasi

Since 8th April 2022, Friday, it was raining daily in Sivakasi. Rain accompanied with strong wind, thunders and lightning. Usually Sivakasi gets rain during Chithirai Pongal, but this year the town receives more rainfall for Panguni Pongal. The recent rains will help Sivakasi to tackle summer water crisis.
