Rain hits Sivakasi at 3 a.m.

Today at 03:00 a.m., there was sharp showers for around 45 minutes. Power supply was interrupted due to rain. Occasional drizzle occured. Virudhunagar District Collector declared holiday for the district , for continous rainfall. But unlikely there was no rainfall in Sivakasi from 08:00 a.m.. For the next two days sky will be partly cloudy with slim possibilities for rain. From Friday, the town will likely to get rainfall for four days, with average maximum and minimum temperature of 32 and 22 degree celsius respectively.
