Chithirai Pongal 2023

Chithirai Pongal 2023 is going to be held on 9th May 2023, Tuesday and Kayarkuthu festival on 10th May 2023, Wednesday. Therottam will be held on 12th May 2023, Friday. The 10 day annual Chithirai Pongal Festival will begin with kodiyetram festival on 2nd May 2023, Tuesday. Due to corona restrictions, Chithirai Pongal was celebrated in light version mode, in 2020 and 2021. In 2022, due to Temple Kumbhabhisegam Thirupani work, Chithirai Pongal was celebrated in light version mode. After kumbabhisegam on 1st February 2023, Sivakasi is goiing to celebrate Chithirai Pongal in full swing.
