Navarathiri Soorasamharam held

As a part of Navarathiri Festival, Soorasamharam was held on 24th October 2023, Wednesday, at Sri Arulmighu Badrakaliamman Temple. Earlier a grand procession was held from Sivakasi Muppidariamman Koyil to Badrakaliamman Temple. While one half of the Navaratri Festival 2023 - Ambu Aeithal - , that stands for the Samhaaram of Mahisaasuran, in Sivakasi. Hundreds of devotees witnessed samhaaram of Mahisaasuran. Some devotees came out with Lord Kaliamman, God Vinayaka, God Murugan make overs.The organisers burst crackers and paper shots, at the time of the samharam of Mahisaasooran. Whistles, kulavai and claps rent the air. Earlier procession takes place in the four car street of Sivakasi. As the part of the Utsav, fireworks display were taken place in a grand manner.10th day of Navarathiri festival in Sivakasi ends with Dushara. And it entertains all sections of people in the town.
