In a bid to highlight the significance of the fireworks industry and showcase the advancements in modern pyrotechnic technology, the Virudhunagar district administration organised fireworks display at KVS Boys Higher Secondary School on Madurai Road. Thousands gathered at the KVS Boys school cheering with joy as they celebrated the arrival of the new year. Temples in Sivakasi pulled crowd for New Year.
