Sivakasi celebrates Republic Day

Flag hoisting and cultural programmes were conducted in various parts of Sivakasi town, today, to mark the country's Republic Day celebrations. Unfurling the tri-colour, taking the salute and reviewing the guard of honour in Sivakasi Schools and Colleges, cultural programmes and distribution of assistance marked the Republic Day celebrations in Sivakasi town. Sivakasians were seen with flag pinned in their shirt, on Sunday. It shows the patriotism of the Sivakasians.
