Pasumai Sivakasi

Pasumai Sivakasi meet was conducted in KSSP Kalayana Mandapam Sivakasi, here on last Sunday, to create awareness of planting trees, plants in roadside and setting up of vegetable gardens in upstairs of house. Nearly 143 Sivakasians and people from other regions of Tamilnadu participated in the Pasumai Sivakasi Meet. Mr.Dayanandha Saraswathi was the Chief Guest for the function. The famous Natural and Organic Food expert Mr.Maranji welcomed the gatherings. Mr.Jegadish Sankar, Managing Director of The Orient Colour Crafts and gardening, agriculture experts Mr.A.Sandhanam, Mr.Giridharan, P.Natarajan, Siva and Karuppasamy were also present in the function. The function was organised by Mr.Sithaiyan. As a part of the Pasumai Sivakasi Meet various books and sign boards on organic foods were exhibited. Handmade natural food were distributed to all the gatherings. Hope the participants of the Pasumai Sivakasi Meet are making a health-conscious decision to switch to natural and organic foods.
