Krishna Jayanti Celebration in Sivakasi

Krishna Jayanti was celebrated in Sivakasi, today. Some of the houses were decorated with the foot prints of lord Krishna and in front of houses Krishnar Paadham kolams were drawn, in Sivakasi. People worshiped and offer Aval Paayasam, Curd, butter to Lord Krishna on this special occassion. In Sivakasi, some schools and colleges were declared holiday. And there is no holiday for all the matriculation schools, in Sivakasi.
