Hike in Diesel Price

The govt had recently increased price of diesel by Rs 5 a litre, yesterday. Diesel price in Sivakasi costs Rs.50.73 per litre with effect from yesterday midnight. Earlier it was sold for Rs.44.65 per litre. Reacting to the increase in diesel prices by Rs 5 a litre price, there would also be an substantial increase in indirect costs like transportation.
