Vinayakar Chathurthi Celebration

Vinayaka Chathurthi was celebrated in Sivakasi, yesterday. Special poojas were performed at various temples in the town. Early in the morning, Special Poojas, Abhishegams and Maha Ganapathy Homams were performed to Lord Ganesa. People offered prayers to the God and offered him kozhukattai, Pongal, Sundal and Vilaam Pazham.
