Eye Camp in Sivakasi

A Free Eye Camp was conducted by Sri Sathya Sai Seva Samithy in association with Madurai Aravind Eye Hospital, on 2nd December 2012 at SHNV Higher Secondary School, Sivakasi. A team of 15 Medical experts was led by three Ophthalmologists from Aravind Eye Hospital examined the patients at the camp. 363 patients benefited by this free eye camp. And 86 people were further proceeded for operations that will be held in Aravind Eye Hospital Madurai, for free of cost. Those who were selected for operation were provided with food. Spectacles were given at concessional rates.
