Size alloted for Kolam: 5 x 5 ft.
Kolams minimum size must be 3 x 3 ft.
Only colour kolam powders allowed.
Participants should not use any other materials to draw kolam.
Participants should bring kolam powders.
Free Bus facility arranged from Palaniandavar Theatre at 1:30 p.m.
