Staff Development Programme at ANJAC

Internal Quality Assurance Cell of Ayya Nadar Janaki Ammal College, Sivakasi, conducted a Staff Development Programme on 4th May 2013, Saturday. Dr. V.Pandiarajan, co-ordinator of IQAC arranged the programme. Dr. E.K.R. Nagarajan, Executive Member, welcomed the gathering. Principal Dr. S. Baskaran delivered the presidential address.

Dr.Dhulasi Birundha Varadharajan, Senior professor,Department of Environmental Economics, School of Economics, Madurai Kamaraj University, delivered the chief guest address on the topic, QUALITY CIRCLES IN COLLEGES. She highlighted in her address that, how quality circle can play a vital role in the development of an institution. She also said that quality sustenance is equally important to quality maintenance. Dr. V. Pandiarajan proposed vote of thanks at the end of the meeting.
