Petrol price hiked by Rs.2.98 a litre in Sivakasi

After the revision of fuel price from 1st September 2013, Sunday, Petrol price in Sivakasi will go up by Rs.2.98 to Rs.77.84 per litre and Diesel price by 0.61 paise to Rs.56.17 a litre. Sivakasians fear that the latest increase in fuel prices (Petrol and Diesel) will impact the rates of other commodities in Sivakasi and hit Sivakasians monthly budgets.
