Personality Development Programme at AAACET

“Personality is an unbroken series of successful gestures” says F. Scott Fitzgerald. Keeping this in mind, AAA College of Engineering & Technology organizes a consecutive Personality Development Programme from the month of January 2014. Dr.K.Arulmozhi, the Principal presided the function. Thiru.Dr.B.Ravi Babu, M.A., M.A., M.Phil., Ph.D., Retired Professor of Devangar Arts College and Treasurer of Sree Sowdambika College of Engineering, Arupukottai was the Chief Guest and he initiated the programme. He had laid the groundwork for a new kind of approach to develop the students- personality. There was a touch of literature in his approach to the personality and perfection in the mode of delivering the content. In his first spell, he had traced the roots of manifesting one-s character. He hailed the students- attention towards Shakespeare-s characters and said that they are the typical representations of flawed men. His speech was rich to the students and it helped them to analyze their individual selves.
