Drizzle makes the road wet

On 13th March 2017, Monday, it was hot at day time and a band of black clouds gathered at around 2:00 p.m., Sivakasi town experienced drizzle for 15 minutes. Drizzle makes the road wet. However the town fails to receive heavy rainfall. Today, the climate was cloudier at evening and the town received occasional drizzle. But the drizzle fails to make the road wet.
