‘Mission Dreams Mrs India Beauty Pageant’ helped Valluru Nageswari fulfil her dreams

Nageswari, though born in a business family, had a rough childhood as she lost her father at the age of 10 . Despite all the struggle, Nageswari, now a mother of two, didn’t lose hope in her dream.

When she was a young girl, Valluru Nageswari had a dream – to take part in a beauty contest. But being born and brought up in Sivakasi, a bustling town in Virudhunagar district of Tamil Nadu, didn’t give her much of a chance to do that and, in due time, she got married too. However, this professional beautician and hairdresser finally achieved her dream when she became one of the finalists in the ‘Mission Dreams Mrs India Beauty Pageant’. Mission Dreams is one of the most prestigious beauty contests in the country, which sees contestants from all over India. Therefore, being one of the top finalists is no mean achievement for a girl from Sivakasi.

She continued to multi-task through her family life and finally, she made her dream come true when she was named one of the top finalists.

Speaking about life after marriage Nageswari says, “After getting married to a man from different state, I had to go through a lot in order to adapt to the language and culture of Andhra Pradesh. I was so focused on parenting that for time being I forgot about my career, But my husband and my children were very supportive and as a result, today I am a part of this competition.”

She is also thankful to ‘Mission Dreams’ for giving her this opportunity. Being part of this beauty pageant is a lifetime memory for Nageswari!
