Sivakasi Mariamman Temple Teppakulam reopens for devotees after 299 days

As a part of the new relaxations Sivakasi Mariamman Temple Teppakulam re-opened on 17th January 2021, Sunday after 299 days of closure due to Covid-19 pandemic. The teppakulam was closed on 24th March 2020, Tuesday, due to coronavirus outbreak. Restricted number of devotees will be allowed entry to the temple amid the COVID-19 pandemic. The devotees who come to visit the temple and teppakulam are allowed to enter following the social distancing norm. Sivakasians are excited that the Teppakulam re-opens for devotees after 299 days.
