Tomato Season in Sivakasi

The price of tomatoes is unbelievably at a low price in Sivakasi grocery shops and in vegetable markets. Tomato price ranging from as low as Rs.6 and Rs.8 a kg, the vegetable is flooded in vegetable markets for the last one week, in Sivakasi. It is likely to continue for a few more days or even more. As the price is too low consumers purchase more tomatoes.
