A Cloudy start but no rain

Yesterday, Sivakasians expected a heavy rain but there was no rain in the morning hours though the sky was cloudy and it was drizzling, in Sivakasi. Theres occasional drizzle at few places of Sivakasi, at evening and rained for few minutes. Light drizzle brings some relief for Sivakasians and brings down the temperature in the town. A cloudy start but no rain disappointed the Sivakasians.
